ISO & Quality
Our ethos follows the old saying, "if a jobs worth doing, it's worth doing properly". Everyone at Beacon Communications follows this every minute of every day. At Beacon we take great pride in achieving the highest levels of quality possible.
This is born out by the accreditations we hold. We are proud to have gained accreditation to ISO9001 - a qualification achieved in 2001 and similarly are Lloyds approved. Both qualifications are rigorously assessed by their respective governing bodies annually for which we have received extremely positive reviews.
Our focus on quality covers every aspect of our environment - in order for our staff to provide a quality service we have to provide a sound platform to facilitate this. To help us achieve our aim in 2004 we became an Investor in People. This assessment was passed with flying colours and it was gratifying to note that many of their guidelines were already being followed as second nature by our company.
The greatest marker of all is those assessments carried out by our customers. With most new tenders comes the inevitable quality assessment. With the market becoming increasingly competitive clients are focusing on all aspects of their suppliers business - not just cost! We have undergone stringent quality audits by nearly all of the main players in Comms and are pleased to record a clean sheet. We are happy for any prospective clients to asses us in this way.
